What is specialty batteries?

The specialty batteries are different with normal batteries. Specialty batteries usually have a special use environment. Low-temperature special batteries can be used in an environment of -40 ℃. High-temperature special batteries can be used in environments with a high temperature of 60℃. High-rate special batteries can be fully charged and discharged at the fastest speed of 10 minutes/10C. According to different usage environments, we can also accept customized OEM & ODM specialty batteries.

Why choice specialty batteries?

Since there are different use condition of the application, the normal battery will not work under special environment. Therefore, the special batteries are must be used for instead.

How does specialty batteries work?

Same as normal lithum batteries, While the battery is discharging and providing an electric current, the anode releases lithium ions to the cathode, generating a flow of electrons from one side to the other. When plugging in the device, the opposite happens: Lithium ions are released by the cathode and received by the anode. This process creates an electrical current that powers the electronic devices.

How long does specialty battery last?

For narmal special battery, the lifspan is 800~1000 times around, but for LTO batteries, the cycle life can last more than 20000times, the design life are more than 30 years.

What is the cost of a specialty batteries?

The cost of special batteries is 2-8 times of ordinary battery, according to different requirements. For detail cost,  please consult us for details.

Most of sample needs 5-10 days, mass production time needs 3-5 weeks, it depends on order quantity.

How do you ship the specialty battery and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-15 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
